So I am way behind on blogging!! I am going to try and get caught up, so expect a lot of posts from things we have been up to these last few months!

Starting with picking strawberries! Emmie had so much fun, but wanted to eat them more than collect them!!

The Motherhood Myth

Ok this is an article from Mother's day (so it is a little late, but it is a great read). The article was written by Jenny Simmons of Addison Road. We got to meet her last year when they played at a concert at the Boy's Ranch. I have since followed her blog and got to watch her at Sea World this year. I love how open and honest she is about EVERYTHING including her failures. She constantly reminds me of how God uses all of us no matter our highs, lows, successes, failures, etc to minister and reach out to others. God is so awesome to reach out to where we are and teach us in those moments. We don't have to be perfect or know everything, we just have to be open to allowing God to work in our lives, teach us and mold us into the person He desires us to be. We have to be less of the world and more of Him!
